Task that forgot to think!

Task!! "There was a task everyone “knew” how to do, but it refused to move without its secret voice from the clouds. With the whisper, it acted like a genius. Without it, even step one felt like rocket science.  The best part? Every time the whisper helped, the task behaved as if the brilliance came from deep within. As the old saying should’ve been,“Borrowed thinking works, until the subscription goes silent. And so, while this task waited for signals from the sky,the ones that actually thought just kept going." #Letsloveletslive #Mundane #Knowing #Thinking

Calm is the new flex!!

" Thy art of flowing through life " Some days, the world feels like a live audition for who can talk the loudest. People throw opinions like confetti, forgetting not every noise deserves applause. The calm ones — the ones who smile, listen, and walk on aren’t indifferent, they’re just done renting space in their heads for free. So stay kind, stay unbothered, and keep your peace premium. After all, ducks don’t explain why the water doesn’t stick, they just glide, gracefully… and ahead.

The curve that keeps moving!!

Work often mirrors life, unpredictable, demanding, and quietly revealing. There are days when effort feels invisible, and yet, those are the moments that shape the long game. Growth rarely announces itself, it arrives disguised as persistence. Over time, you realize it’s not just about chasing milestones but learning when to pause, reflect, and realign. Life has its own rhythm and as they say "Time and tide wait for none ",  and those who listen to its undertone evolve faster than those who just react. And no, this isn't written by AI, I still believe some lessons need sleepless nights, not algorithms.

Nestled!!

The comfort zone feels safe, but it’s quietly dangerous. It’s like a bird that never leaves its nest. The nest is warm, predictable, and risk-free. But stay there too long, and the wings meant to soar grow weak. In the same way, holding on to a role or routine just because the paycheck arrives on time may feel safe, but slowly, curiosity fades, skills stop evolving, and one day when change comes, you realize the world has moved forward, but you haven’t. That’s the trap, comfort isn’t stability, it’s slow decline. Growth is in the skies, not inside the nest. It comes with discomfort, stretching your wings, braving the winds, and trusting you can fly. So if you find yourself “settling” instead of stretching, ask " Am I still in the nest, or am I flying"? Because the scariest place to be isn’t outside your comfort zone, it’s inside it, forgetting you were built to take off.

The Quiet Corners We Build!!

There’s something I’ve observed over the years, especially when you work with people, build teams, and try to do the right thing. There’s a fine line between being respectful and becoming invisible. A few months ago, I was working closely with two colleagues - Neeraj and Rhea. Both are thoughtful, kind people, the type who genuinely want to create a healthy work environment. But their styles couldn’t be more different. Neeraj is the quiet type. He listens more than he speaks, avoids confrontation, and gives people their space, maybe a little too much. If someone spoke over him, he’d let it slide. If a decision didn’t sit well with him, he’d stay silent. His heart’s in the right place, he just doesn’t want to impose. Rhea, on the other hand, is equally compassionate, but she doesn’t hold back. She speaks up when needed, even if it’s uncomfortable. She’s direct, but never disrespectful. She knows how to say, “Mujhe lagta hai yeh theek nahi hai,” without sounding aggressive. And because o...

Life's Epiphany!!

It doesn’t take much to be deeply human. Let me share something personal with you. A while ago, I was at an event for children—my son Dhruva is one of them. As I stood there, watching the amazing teachers and caregivers who work so patiently and passionately every day, I felt a deep sense of gratitude. And I decided to speak. I said, “You know, we often talk about the natural order of things—how everything in nature finds its rhythm and harmony when left undisturbed.” Then I paused and added, “But Dhruva doesn’t learn like other children. He doesn’t express himself in ways people expect. He doesn’t always connect with the world the same way. So where does he fit into that ‘natural order’?” There was silence in the room. And in that silence, I shared what I’ve come to believe with all my heart.  “When a child like Dhruva is born—someone with autism or a special need—the world is given a rare opportunity. It’s a chance for the rest of us to show what being truly human looks like....

Life Choices!!

Life Choices.. Expectations shroud us, as do the disappointments associated. Decisions cause mental fatigue, choosing to do nothing is also a choice. All of us hold the chisel of our lives, it's important for you to pen down your pros and cons which will give you clarity than carry the burden of overthinking. Not everyone of us would be willing to take that route of managing tough conversations, awkward silences. The needs of life become the fulcrum of human behaviours and hence it's important we choose our fights wisely..
